Booking & Cancellation Policy

Your time is valuable, and so is mine! Here’s a quick overview:

  • Pre-Payment is required to secure all appointments.

  • Cancellations & Rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance via email, phone call or text. Cancellations are not accepted via social media messaging.

  • Arrive a few minutes early to allow for a bathroom break & check-in before your appointment.

  • If you’re running late, I may need to shorten your treatment time to stay on schedule.
